REVISAR TEXTOS Y DATOS
Our Domitian- Night Harvest Malbec is presented with an intense and vibrant violet color. Complex nose, rich and concentrated floral aromas that are mixed with cherry, blackberry and cassis. The presence of black pepper and vanilla accompanies and increases its complexity. Live and ripe on the palate, with juicy red fruits that are complemented with light smoke. Its structured tannins of unconventional texture make it feel soft and intense at the same time. The mineral finish followed by tobacco gives it a silky persistence, affirming its origin from Barrancas, Maipu.

We produce our wines with 100% Malbec grapes harvested during the fresh nights in our farms in Barrancas, to avoid oxidation and thus preserve the maximum aromatic expression. Once the grapes are entered into the cellar, we allow them to macerate in cold for 5 days in our stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Then we ferment with selected yeasts controlling the temperature between 25 to 28ºC for an approximate time of 15 days. Later we let it rest in French and American oak for 10 months.
